Passionate followers of the actress are demanding that a person who jumped a fence and touched the actress during yesterday's Wicked: For Good premiere be detained or deported from Singapore.

A circulating video depicts the individual from Australia pushing past media personnel and charging at Grande while the performers walked down a yellow carpet accompanied by onlookers.

Fellow actress Cynthia Erivo immediately wrested the shocked actress away from Mr Wen, who was observed being escorted out of the gathering by event staff.

Mr Wen shared on Instagram recently that he was "let go after being arrested", though court documents showed that he was due to be present on the next day. It is not clear if he was formally accused.

Record of Disruptions

This is part of a pattern for Mr Wen, who calls himself a "Notorious Troublemaker", has invaded a concert or event. His Instagram profile includes clips of him disrupting other high-profile occasions, including rushing the platform at the pop singer's Sydney show in earlier this year and in a like fashion during The Chainsmokers performance in the area last December.

"Steps should be implemented applied against him as this is clearly a legal violation," wrote an Instagram user, in a reply to a video Mr Wen shared of his behavior.

"You've done this repeatedly... how are you not behind bars?" one Instagram user remarked.

Followers Show Disapproval Over Ariana's Safety

Numerous fans accused Mr Wen for "re-traumatising" Grande, who had revealed dealing with trauma-related anxiety after a terrorist explosion at the finale of her spring 2017 concert in Manchester, resulting in the death of 22 people and wounding many.

"The star has endured numerous terrifying experiences... including the Manchester tragedy, and you believed breaching security was amusing?" said another message on Instagram.

Some attendees also criticised guards at the Thursday event for not being adequately prepared; while others requested digital services to remove Mr Wen's content.

Response and Premiere Information

In videos spreading on the internet, Grande appeared shocked when she was grabbed by the man. Her cast members Michelle Yeoh and Erivo can be observed consoling her while Mr Wen was removed by security.

Grande has not issued a statement on the incident, and the rest of the event proceeded as normal.

Fans at Wicked premiere
Numerous of Singapore supporters had waited to meet the performers of Wicked

Hundreds of fans had congregated in a mass of colorful attire at the Wicked: For Good international launch in a Singapore mall, including some who had waited for as long as eight hours before it began.

The film, to be premiered on November 21, is the follow-up of a dual version of the acclaimed Broadway and West End musical Wicked, which focuses on the unexpected bond between two contrasting witches.

The production itself is a derivative of the twentieth-century children's novel The Wonderful Wizard of Oz.

Grande, who portrays the benevolent sorceress Glinda, was adorned in a rosé sparkling outfit at the premiere while Erivo, who portrays the villainous character, wore a elegant ensemble decorated with roses.

They were accompanied by fellow actor Jeff Goldblum.

The initial film, Wicked, was the most successful motion picture of last year in the UK, and received ten Academy Award nods, earning a pair for outstanding attire and production design.
